Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: 
 
- Custom or personalized orders

- Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for ALL shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Also, you must provide an English translation of your address or I cannot send your order. If you do not provide an English translation, I will attempt to reach out to you. If you have not responded in a timely manner, I will be left with no alternative than to refund your money and cancel the shipment. I would love to fulfill your order, but my mailing system will not allow foreign languages for names and addresses.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Why haven't I received my order?

I ship all products from the United States. If you live outside of the United States, it can take up to 30 days to receive your order. This is due to the nature of customs. You may be responsible to contact and work with customs in your country to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for orders lost outside of the US. The United States Postal Service has no recourse once the package leaves the country unless you pay for express tracking and guaranteed delivery.

What if my order is lost?

I am not responsible for orders lost in the mail once they leave the US. If they have been scanned outside of the US, the responsibility will be yours to contact the postal service in your country to work through any delays. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
